Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, driving average transaction value and promoting full-price selling.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage POS transactions, returns and accurate cash handling while ensuring compliance with store procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock replenishment, stocktakes and housekeeping to optimise floor availability.
- Participate in client events, private shopping appointments and localised marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
- Utilise CRM tools and sales reporting to log client interactions, track performance and share market feedback with management.
- Act as an ambassador for product knowledge—communicate materials, craftsmanship, and service offerings to educate clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrable sales results and client development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a high-value client book through personalised service and follow-through.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling POS/cash transactions with high attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in additional languages advantageous.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury or high-end retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets, building recurring clientele and executing brand merchandising standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
