Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Coach brand standards, including greeting clients, responding to inquiries and assisting with product selection.
  • Support daily store operations: open/close procedures, cash handling, POS transactions and accurate reconciliation.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation to prescribed guidelines, including replenishment and styling of displays.
  • Receive, unpack and process stock shipments; execute inventory counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Assist with clienteling activities and follow-up to drive sales conversion and loyalty.
  • Act as a flexible resource across the store — covering shifts, fitting room support and ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable client-service orientation with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods; able to work varied shift patterns.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and poise.
  • Right to work in the hiring country; willingness to undergo brand-specific training.

Experience

Entry-level: 0–2 years of retail experience preferred; prior experience with luxury or premium brands and in-store clienteling is advantageous.
