Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client service and represent the brand’s product heritage and values at all customer touchpoints.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, exchanges and returns accurately while adhering to cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor and fitting rooms, executing daily floor moves and replenishment tasks to brand guidelines.
  • Receive, unpack and process merchandise; assist with stockroom organisation and regular inventory counts.
  • Support loss-prevention and store security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist management with store opening/closing procedures, basic administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects during busy trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and exemplary customer-service orientation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods; able to commit to the duration of a temporary assignment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise boxes (typical retail requirement).
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced retail setting.

Experience
