Role & Responsibilities
- Provide polished, client-focused service on the sales floor, greeting customers and assisting with product selection to uphold Coach’s luxury standards.
- Support store sales associates by executing point-of-sale transactions, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, arranging displays and ensuring the sales floor reflects seasonal directives.
- Conduct inventory activities including stock receiving, cycle counts and transfer preparation to support inventory accuracy.
- Manage clienteling tasks such as appointment support, follow-up communications and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures, back-of-house organisation and ad hoc operational tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
