Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, client-focused service on the sales floor and at the point of sale, including greeting clients, advising on product selection and closing transactions.
- Support daily store operations: process stock intake, replenish floor merchandise, perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and assist with window and floor refreshes to ensure brand presentation and selling readiness.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as POS operations, returns/exchanges, gift receipts and basic reconciliations.
- Assist with clienteling activities: update CRM notes, follow up on client requests and support appointment scheduling.
- Act as a flexible resource to cover peak periods, staff absences and special events, collaborating closely with lead sales staff and store management.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with the ability to deliver polished, luxury-brand experiences.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash-handling integrity.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
- Ability to lift and move stock and to stand for extended periods during a shift.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; at least some customer-facing experience (e.g., 1+ year) or prior seasonal/temporary retail work is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail training or coursework in sales/merchandising is a plus.
