Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service to customers on the sales floor, including personalised recommendations and follow-up.
- Operate point-of-sale terminals to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards are maintained across the sales floor and windows.
- Manage stockroom activities: receive, tag and replenish merchandise; organise inventory for sales and fitting rooms.
- Assist with clienteling activities: capture customer information, schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Act as frontline support during peak periods, events or colleague absences to maintain service levels and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, housekeeping and brand presentation policies.
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute promotions, store resets and ad hoc operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; seasonal or temporary retail work accepted.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical of retail (standing for long periods, lifting and moving stock).
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion environments is advantageous but not mandatory for temporary assignments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational study in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
