Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on‑floor support to sales advisors by greeting clients, assisting with product selection and facilitating transactions as needed
- Support store operations: receive and process deliveries, replenish stock, conduct inventory counts and maintain back‑of‑house organisation
- Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays meet brand standards and seasonal directives
- Operate and support point‑of‑sale processes, including cash handling, returns and preparing sales paperwork
- Coordinate client appointments and follow up on clienteling activities under the direction of store management
- Maintain store housekeeping and loss‑prevention vigilance to protect merchandise and comply with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished customer service manner
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and boxes (physical stamina for stock tasks)
