Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑floor support to sales advisors by greeting clients, assisting with product selection and facilitating transactions as needed

  • Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays meet brand standards and seasonal directives
  • Operate and support point‑of‑sale processes, including cash handling, returns and preparing sales paperwork
  • Coordinate client appointments and follow up on clienteling activities under the direction of store management
  • Maintain store housekeeping and loss‑prevention vigilance to protect merchandise and comply with safety standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training an advantage
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished customer service manner
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise and boxes (physical stamina for stock tasks)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York location)

Experience
