Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate to support retail operations at its Sevierville location. The role encompasses cash wrap management, point-of-sale operations, inventory processing, and customer service in a luxury fashion retail environment. The successful candidate will maintain store standards, execute visual merchandising, and deliver brand-aligned customer experiences while managing shipments, stock levels, and loss prevention protocols.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience including cashier, stock, or direct sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
