Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by greeting clients, responding to inquiries and facilitating exceptional in-store service.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain merchandising standards: restock, fold and arrange product displays to brand visual directives.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving deliveries, labelling, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure the sales floor is presentation-ready throughout trading hours.
- Contribute to clienteling efforts by recording interactions, booking appointments and following up on leads as directed.
- Adhere to loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures, escalating concerns to management when required.
- Support ad hoc store operations projects such as transfers, seasonal resets and promotional rollouts.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused demeanour with polished verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to handle cash, operate POS systems and follow transactional procedures with accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise and stock as required.
- Professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards; discretion and reliability.
Skills
Experience
Preferred: at least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment. Experience with high-volume sales and basic inventory procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
