Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate for its Round Rock location. This role supports overall store efficiency and brand commitment through customer service at the point of sale, sales floor maintenance, inventory management, and cash wrap operations. The successful candidate will welcome clients with professionalism, process transactions accurately, manage stockroom activities, and maintain Loss Prevention compliance while working flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. consistently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency

Experience
Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales functions, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
