Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalised service on the sales floor to cultivate client relationships and drive transactions.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Execute clienteling activities: record client preferences, follow up on leads and support appointment bookings.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays, signage and product presentation meet brand standards.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, back-stock organisation and participation in stock counts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or merchandising certification preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Experience
Typically requires 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail. Prior seasonal or temporary retail assignments are acceptable.
