Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, personalised service on the sales floor to cultivate client relationships and drive transactions.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policy.
  • Execute clienteling activities: record client preferences, follow up on leads and support appointment bookings.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays, signage and product presentation meet brand standards.
  • Support inventory management through stock replenishment, back-stock organisation and participation in stock counts.
  • Help maintain loss-prevention procedures and ensure a secure, organised sales floor and stockroom.
  • Contribute to daily store opening and closing routines and perform ad hoc tasks to support store operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or merchandising certification preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or visual merchandising coursework is advantageous.
