Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide polished, client-focused service on the sales floor, greeting customers and assisting with product selection to uphold Coach’s luxury standards.
  • Support store sales associates by executing point-of-sale transactions, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, arranging displays and ensuring the sales floor reflects seasonal directives.
  • Conduct inventory activities including stock receiving, cycle counts and transfer preparation to support inventory accuracy.
  • Manage clienteling tasks such as appointment support, follow-up communications and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  • Assist with store opening/closing procedures, back-of-house organisation and ad hoc operational tasks to ensure seamless store operations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first orientation and polished presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to follow visual merchandising directives precisely.

Experience
