Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, maintain stockroom organization and execute floor replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards to uphold brand presentation.
- Recommend complementary products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Respond to customer requests confidently and partner with peers and management to resolve issues; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Contribute to local brand presence and social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use and basic internet applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in salesfloor and stockroom spaces.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail settings and have cashier/stockroom experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
