Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver refined, high-touch customer service and build rapport with luxury clientele to drive store sales and conversion.
- Execute clienteling activities, follow up on leads, and cultivate repeat business through personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale (POS) system and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Support inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Assist with store events, product launches and peak trading periods as required.
Qualifications
- Professional grooming and ability to represent a luxury brand with polished presentation and demeanor.

- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to work for the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury fashion experience strongly preferred.
