Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver refined, high-touch customer service and build rapport with luxury clientele to drive store sales and conversion.
  • Execute clienteling activities, follow up on leads, and cultivate repeat business through personalized recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale (POS) system and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Support inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts.
  • Assist with store events, product launches and peak trading periods as required.

Qualifications

  • Professional grooming and ability to represent a luxury brand with polished presentation and demeanor.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to work for the duration of the temporary assignment.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury fashion experience strongly preferred.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
