Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and adaptable selling techniques according to business needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and stocked.
- Follow retail policies, POS and asset protection procedures and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and kneel to manage stock and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; luxury retail experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
