Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in adherence to Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, clienteling and proactive follow‑up.
  • Drive sales performance by executing cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies, meeting individual and store KPIs and developing personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and other retail technology to process transactions, capture client data and support omni‑channel fulfilment (online pickup, returns, exchanges).
  • Leverage social selling and short‑form video to engage clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom management and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative and trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and retail communication tools (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
  • Demonstrable clienteling, data‑capture and omni‑channel selling capabilities; social media and short‑form video experience preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within a retail stockroom and sales floor.

Experience
