Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, proactive outreach, and follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms — including short-form video/live demos — to capture client data and convert traffic.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups), maintain cash wrap, and support inventory cycles (receive, stock, replenishment).
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked while complying with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience using POS systems and basic retail technology (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling workflows.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move around sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs and delivering high‑touch customer service.

Education
