Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary in-store ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and capture client data using clienteling tools.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap duties and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, occasional up to 50 lbs; climbing, bending, kneeling).
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Comfortable using social selling channels and short-form video; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer focus, interpersonal savvy and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and perform stockroom/sales-floor physical tasks.

Experience
Minimum of one year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or branded retail experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, clienteling, and social selling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
