Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience and adhering to Coach service and style standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor presentation, stockroom organisation and asset-protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating footfall, manage multiple customers on the sales floor and support teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and team performance activities while accepting feedback and demonstrating professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/device use (iPad, laptop); comfort with mobile POS systems.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre across the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Preferred: social-media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with luxury retail preferred; experience in omnichannel selling, clienteling and social/live video selling is advantageous.
