Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and achievement of personal and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video — to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers, following up to close sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain service standards.
- Receive shipments, stock merchandise, support inventory cycles and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities, and welcome feedback to adapt behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling and data acquisition; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Experience with social selling, live-streaming or video demonstrations is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
