Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience aligned with Coach service and styling standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across omni‑channel touchpoints.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well‑organized, stocked and visually consistent sales floor and stockroom; adhere strictly to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to a high‑performing, trust‑based culture.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and performance feedback cycles; respond constructively to coaching and performance guidance.
- Perform occasional physical tasks: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage product movement on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad and laptop for clienteling and transactions.
- Demonstrated customer focus with strong interpersonal and styling skills; ability to handle multiple customers and high‑traffic periods.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs dictate.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, including regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
