Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling while executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via in-store consultations, clienteling tools and post-sale follow-up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
  • Operatively support omnichannel commerce: process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups; use Mobile POS and other retail systems to capture data.
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video to acquire customers and support brand initiatives.
  • Perform daily store operations including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap duties and stockroom management.
  • Adhere to POS, asset protection and loss-prevention procedures while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in trainings and inclusion activities.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and movement across the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer/tablet use (Mobile POS, iPad/laptop); familiarity with walkie‑talkie operation.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or short-form video demonstrations preferred.
  • Clienteling and data-acquisition skills, with a customer-focused approach to building long-term relationships.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

Education
