Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in North Bend, Washington — part‑time role delivering luxury retail service and omni‑channel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Process transactions and service requests efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor readiness and product presentation; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; adopt feedback and adjust behaviours accordingly.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Perform physical tasks required for store operation, including lifting, bending and merchandising duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or product video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail duties.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium‑brand retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training is a plus.
