Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate to support customer service, selling, and store operations during its peak season. The role is part-time and requires availability from October 15 through January 1, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers using Coach Experience service expectations and selling behaviors.
- Interact with customers genuinely and naturally.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and follow Coach cash-handling policies.
- Capture accurate customer email addresses, names, and data where permitted by law.
- Maintain proper phone etiquette when answering store calls.
- Drive conversion through client engagement and omnichannel selling techniques.
- Support back-of-house tasks as needed.
- Represent the Coach brand appropriately.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with Coach availability and scheduling expectations.
- Must be available to work October 15 through January 1.
