Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Coach brand standards and clienteling practices.
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling and relationship development.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure product presentation, stock levels and store standards are maintained.
- Assist with inventory procedures, stock replenishment and receiving shipments as directed.
- Adhere to loss-prevention policies, safety procedures and company compliance requirements.
- Provide operational support for store events, launches and promotional activities for the duration of the temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or fashion is advantageous.
- Previous retail or customer-service experience, ideally within premium or luxury brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the assignment.

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is highly valued. Temporary or seasonal retail experience is a plus.
