Coach in New York seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by guiding product selection and closing transactions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments and manage returns and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is presented to brand guidelines.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, floor moves and promotional set-ups as required during the assignment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
