Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a diverse luxury clientele, driving transactions and building long-term relationships.
  • Meet individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain attractive product presentations, replenish floor stock, and execute promotional displays.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; perform cash handling, transactions, and daily reconciliations as required.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving, tagging, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods and special events, ensuring store standards and brand guidelines are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and available for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail- or fashion-related education is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-focused manner appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Ability to operate POS systems, perform accurate cash handling and follow store security procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine stock tasks.

Experience
