Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash/card procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and store housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
  • Receive, replenish and organise stock; assist with inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support promotional activities, client events and back-of-house tasks as required during the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
  • Basic numeracy and proven cash‑handling accuracy.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods as required for a temporary assignment.
  • Legal entitlement to work in the United States (or local jurisdiction) for the duration of the contract.

Experience

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is required; at least some experience in a sales role is preferred. Prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is an advantage but not mandatory for hire.
