Coach in New York seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service and drive in-store sales for leather goods and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to drive sales and achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
- Execute clienteling activities, including building and maintaining strong client relationships and following up on enquiries and orders.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, handle returns and complete sales documentation.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stock counts and organising the stockroom.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing routines and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods and to lift moderate weights for stock handling.
- Legal authorization to work in the location of hire.

Preferably 0–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience; previous seasonal or temporary retail assignments are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
