Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to drive sales and achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Execute clienteling activities, including building and maintaining strong client relationships and following up on enquiries and orders.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process payments, handle returns and complete sales documentation.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
  • Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stock counts and organising the stockroom.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating product knowledge of leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing routines and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods and to lift moderate weights for stock handling.
  • Legal authorization to work in the location of hire.

Experience
