Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and housekeeping.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, tagging and cycle counts; assist with loss prevention measures.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by assisting colleagues, participating in meetings and executing brand initiatives.
- Perform opening and closing duties and adapt to flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Availability for a temporary assignment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client‑service orientation.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; seasonal or temporary retail experience will be considered. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
