Coach — New York, NY: Temporary Sales Associate role to deliver luxury in-store client service and support sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, personalised service to clients, cultivating relationships and executing clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client outreach.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines, including window displays and on-floor replenishment.
- Support stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, tag merchandise and assist with backroom organisation.
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention measures and adherence to company hygiene and safety standards.
- Participate in in-store events, promotional activities and product launches as required by store management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Right to work in the United States (or country of employment) and availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Demonstrable experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred for temporary or seasonal positions.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented demeanour.
