Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning; build rapport and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and effective use of in‑store CRM.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately; process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with policy.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to maximise conversion and uphold brand aesthetics.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures; assist with receiving and stockroom management.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations including opening/closing tasks and team collaboration during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably within a fashion or premium/luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods as required for temporary/seasonal coverage.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience

Entry‑level to 2 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked for premium or luxury fashion labels or busy retail environments.
