Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Coach brand standards; build rapport and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; process transactions, exchanges and refunds while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window dressing and on-floor replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock counts and assist in loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures, team briefings and temporary sales events or promotions.
- Escalate customer feedback and service recovery issues to management; contribute to a collaborative store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-calibre customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Availability for a temporary assignment with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and professional deportment suitable for a luxury brand.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment and ability to stand for extended periods.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; candidates with at least 1 year of customer-facing retail experience will be given priority. Experience working with KPIs and conversion targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, hospitality or sales is an asset.
