Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with Coach brand standards; build rapport and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; process transactions, exchanges and refunds while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window dressing and on-floor replenishment.
  • Support inventory control activities: receive and process deliveries, conduct stock counts and assist in loss-prevention protocols.
  • Participate in store opening/closing procedures, team briefings and temporary sales events or promotions.
  • Escalate customer feedback and service recovery issues to management; contribute to a collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide high-calibre customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Availability for a temporary assignment with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and professional deportment suitable for a luxury brand.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment and ability to stand for extended periods.

Experience
