Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, cultivating relationships and executing clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach, product storytelling and expert merchandising.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, manage exchanges and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation, ensuring product displays reflect the brand’s image and promotional plans.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Contribute to opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks as required by store management.
