Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge-level client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive sales conversion.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, suggestive selling and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain displays, stock floor merchandise and execute markdowns as directed.
  • Perform inventory control and stockroom duties including receiving, tagging and replenishment.
  • Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards; follow loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with in-store events, private appointments and promotional activities as required.
