Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to meet and exceed daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Welcome and qualify customers, advise on product selection, and perform clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, housekeeping and presentation.
- Support inventory control activities, loss-prevention procedures and daily cash reconciliation.
- Assist with in-store events, promotions and product launches; provide coverage for shifts and peak trading hours as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand, is highly desirable.
