Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and builds long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, exchanges and returns accurately, and handle cash and card transactions following company procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards; execute floor moves, window displays and signage as directed.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with daily store opening and closing tasks, ensuring a safe, organized and welcoming retail environment.
  • Communicate client needs and market feedback to store leadership to support service improvement and stock allocation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship (local hiring requirements may apply).
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work on a temporary assignment with variable scheduling.

Experience

Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; 0–2 years in customer-facing retail roles is acceptable. Demonstrated success in client service, upselling and use of POS systems is an advantage.
