Coach in Lake George, NY seeks a Temporary Sales Associate (part‑time) to deliver omni‑channel luxury service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line brand ambassador delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and fulfil omni‑channel transactions (in‑store purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash‑wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining sales floor and stockroom presentation.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while complying with POS and asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to a high‑traffic retail environment, manage multiple customers concurrently and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and ability to read price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak season.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
- Strong English language proficiency. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
Minimum of one year in retail sales; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
