Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience in accordance with Coach service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and actively source new customers.
  • Provide efficient transaction processing for purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in stock counts; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Represent the brand in store initiatives, training and inclusion activities while modelling professional conduct and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel and manage stockroom activity.

Experience
