Coach in Hershey, PA seeks a Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver personalized luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, handle online pickups/returns/exchanges, manage cash wrap, and assist inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain professional composure on busy sales days, nights, weekends and peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable with walkie-talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream demonstrations preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering in sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with prior luxury retail or premium brand retail experience and demonstrable clienteling skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college, retail training, or coursework in fashion/merchandising is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, USA, within easy reach of Harrisburg.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
