Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Gretna, NE (Omaha) — part-time, hourly $15.00–$19.25; frontline retail, clienteling and omni‑channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences and adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise, follow-ups and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
  • Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and achievement of KPIs and personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements to sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and asset-protection procedures; support inventory cycles and stock movement.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating floor activity, manage multiple customers, and support teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and proficiency in clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
