Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated client experiences aligned with Coach standards of style and service.
- Drive individual and store sales through consultative selling, cross‑selling and upselling while meeting personal and team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, iPad, clienteling tools and social‑selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data, process transactions and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new clients and manage follow‑up to close sales.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap procedures, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles, process online pickups, returns and exchanges, and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Maintain stamina on the shop floor and safely handle merchandise (lift regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; social media savvy with exposure to live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre stock as required and to sustain high energy in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related vocational training preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Gretna, Nebraska, USA, with easy access to Omaha.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
