Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience that adheres to the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and personalised recommendations; execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS and clienteling tools, capture client data, and leverage social selling and short‑form video to generate demand.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap duties, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards: organise stock, manage product movement and support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently, and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store projects; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic digital devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail background and demonstrated clienteling or social selling experience will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
