Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute omnichannel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and uphold asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory operations—receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory cycles and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor standards; keep floor and stockroom clean, stocked and commercially presented.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating customer traffic, assist teammates across functions and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS on devices such as iPad; basic computer literacy (laptop/tablet).
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools, walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video content or video demos (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.

Experience
