Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Central Valley, New York (Woodbury Common). Part-time role focused on luxury client service and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell through omni-channel touchpoints using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close transactions.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, stock merchandise and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in training and brand initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic holidays and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos and client data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to sustain high-energy service in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and maintain a professional demeanor.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or omni-channel selling experience is strongly preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.
