Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience consistent with Coach service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, transact sales, and support omnichannel fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating customer traffic, manage multiple customers on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings, inclusion activities, and accept feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy with experience in social or live‑stream shopping and short‑form video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. Experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live video commerce is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail, visual merchandising or customer service training is a plus.
